MCAS Miramar Night-fire Exercise, Jan 27

The CP&L Office would like to notify you that on Thursday, January 27, the Navy and Marine Corps will be conducting a night-fire exercise aboard MCAS Miramar. The exercise is expected to conclude by 11 pm and noise may be heard in areas surrounding East Miramar. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact our office. CV Planning Board January Meeting

The Carmel Valley Community Planning Board will meet on Thursday, January 27 at 7:00 PM at the Carmel Valley Library. The agenda is available online (201101_cvcpb_agenda.pdf), and includes discussion of the Del Mar Highlands Town Center, the Miramar Landfill, the 2012 MAD Budget, Carmel Grove Park improvements, the Carmel Valley Residence Inn proposal, PHR Representation on the board, and a Flower Hill DEIR Comment letter. CV Regional Issues Subcommittee, Wed, Jan 5

The Carmel Valley Community Planning Board's Regional Issues Subcommittee will meet on Wednesday, January 5, 2011 from 4:30 - 6:00 p.m. in AMN Healthcare's "High Bluff" Room, 12400 High Bluff Dr. The agenda includes two items:

  1. "Flower Hill Promenade" Draft EIR, Project 172026 - Review revised DEIR and prepare comments for Board action.
  2. Update on Pending Proposals/Discussion of Status of Proposals the Board has Acted on.

The DEIR has been revised to reflect proposal changes as they were presented to the Regional Issues Subcommittee 9/1/10 and to the board October 2010.
